2026 Career Fair

The Texas Thespians Career Fair connects employers directly with one of the nation's largest and most talented gatherings of emerging theatre artists and entertainment professionals. Each year, graduating seniors from across Texas arrive with years of training, performance experience, technical expertise, and a demonstrated commitment to their craft.
Whether your organization is seeking performers, vocalists, dancers, technicians, production staff, entertainment ambassadors, educators, cruise ship talent, theme park performers, or other creative professionals, the Career Fair provides unparalleled access to highly motivated candidates who are actively exploring their next opportunity.
Unlike a traditional recruiting event, participating companies receive access to student applications, resumes, portfolios, audition materials, and introductory videos before arriving on-site. This allows recruiters to identify promising candidates in advance, schedule interviews strategically, and maximize every interaction during the event.
During the Career Fair, recruiters can connect with students face-to-face at their exhibit booth, conduct interviews, review portfolios, discuss employment opportunities, and evaluate technical talent in person. Instead of spending months sourcing candidates through online applications, employers can meet hundreds of qualified prospects in a single day.
The Texas Thespians Career Fair is more than a hiring event—it's an opportunity to build relationships with the next generation of performers, technicians, and creative professionals who are ready to bring their passion, training, and talent to your organization.
