  • One emergency contact list with numbers for Alexis Gette, Toby Drake, a campus administrator, a parent/guardian for each student, and an emergency contact for each student. It can also help to keep your bus driver or travel clerk's information and YOUR emergency contact information handy.
  • Nurse or Medical forms and emergency protocols for students with special situations.
    • Suggestion: Keep an emergency kit or stage manager's kit with you on the day of festival, especially for students with medical needs or for emergency tech equipment.
    • Suggestion: Make a Remind101, GroupMe, Group Chat, or other communication method to use the day of the festival between you, your students, and the other chaperones for emergencies.
    • Suggestion: Require your students to make a plan of which workshops they will attend. This can help YOU in planning where to find them if needed.
