What is Leadership Academy?
The STOs have developed a variety of videos, PowerPoints, Zoom calls, Google Classroom objectives and check-ins to develop each troupe to the best of their ability.
The academy is in place to help both the struggling troupe and the troupes that are transitioning to new leadership. We are here to make your troupe the best you can be each year.
As part of our Leadership programming, troupes will be provided opportunities to continue learning “Best Practices” as determined by the supplemental information and guides provided online.
These additional guides will be released monthly and include check-in points for Honor Troupe participants to earn honor status. The following months will be dedicated to each additional “best practices” tools.

This day is a perfect opportunity for a troupe to discover their purpose and goals and for directors to see the group in action.
Online Leadership Day will begin at 10:00 AM on Zoom.
Troupes are asked to meet together and login as a team. Email communication is sent to the troupe and advises them through the online rotation and login process.
STOs will be available online to share information via Zoom and will share additional documents and videos that the troupe will need to work through.
We recommend that the troupe meet in a central location with space to work through activities, have access to a minimum of two computers (larger screens for larger groups) and have food available for breaks.
Once registered, a confirmation email will be sent to the director with login information and any schedule necessary.
