Student Leaders ​(State Thespians Officers and Ambassadors) exemplify and promote Texas Thespians over the course of their term. 
  • State Thespians Officers enhance and exhibit leadership skills, respect for individual differences, building consensus, academic excellence, and modeling appropriate behaviors at all times, both in and outside of school and Texas Thespians events. 
  • Student Ambassadors promote public awareness of the value and impact of Theatre Education by educating, encouraging, and empowering students to use their own voice to advocate for their programs across Texas.

2024 - 2025 State Thespian Officers

Ava Schelin
Ava Schelin is a senior from Plano West Senior High School, Troupe 6101. She serves as the Secretary for the 2024-2024 STO board. She is thrilled to motivate, inspire, and connect with her fellow Texas Thespians!
Dara Jackson
Dara Jackson is from Rowlett High School, Troupe 5710. She serves the STO Board as a member of the Communications and Social Media Committee for 2024-2025. She is so excited to build connections with fellow Texas Thespians and spread the love of Texas Thespians all over the state! ⭐
Juliet Cruz
Juliet Cruz is from Quinlan Ford High School, Troupe 8822! She is proud to be serving as the Store Liaison for the 2024-2025 STO Board! She is looking forward to inspiring many and all Thespians around Texas to reach for the stars and make their dreams come true! ⭐️
Madison Watkins
Madison Watkins is from Frisco Centennial High School, Troupe 7001. She serves as the communications and social media chair for the 2024-2025 STO Board. She looks forward to meeting so many new faces and connecting with her peers across Texas! ⭐️
Bailey McBride
Bailey McBride is from Jordan HS, Troupe 10042. She serves as Outreach Chair for the 2024 - 2025 STO Board. She looks forward to being able to connect with other thespian troupes to spread new traditions and knowledge while also learning about the same thing from y'all!
Emma D'Andria
STO Emma D'Andria is a Junior at Frisco High School, Troupe 75034! She is a proud and active member of her community, with experience in directing, teaching, acting, singing, and more!   Emma is so excited to serve on the STO board to connect with and enhance the education of thespians all over Texas!
Kellen Highfield
Kellen Highfield is a senior from Tomball Memorial High School, troupe 7690. He serves as the Vice Chair on the STO Board. He is looking forward to seeing everyone again at festival and making as many new connections as possible. ⭐️
Richie Spicer
Richie Spicer is from Foster High School, Troupe 7961. He serves as a member of the blog/vlog for the 2024-2025 STO board. He looks forward to having the opportunity to empower other thespians by giving them the tools needed to succeed ⭐️
Blane Wheeless
Blane Wheeless is from Midland High School, Troupe 3376. He serves as the STO Chair for the 2024-2025 STO Board. He looks forward to being able to inspire young leaders across the state.⭐️
George Ledingham
George Ledingham V is from the Fort Worth Academy of Fine Arts, Troupe 6391. He serves as a member of the Social Media Committee for the 2024-2025 STO Board. He is looking forward to building new connections with Thespians from across the state to help them become stronger leaders for their troupes! ⭐️

Meagan McMillin is from the Fort Worth Academy of Fine Arts, Troupe 6391. She serves as Special Projects Committee Chair and as Co-Chair of the 2024-2025 Ambassador Board. She looks forward to connecting with her elected officials to advocate for theatre in Texas!⭐️
Isaiah Jefferson
Isaiah Jefferson is from Cedar Hill High School, Troupe 2969. He serves on the Leadership Academy Committee and is Parliamentarian for the 2024/2025 Ambassador Board. He looks forward to advocating and meeting with his fellow Texas Thespians this year!!
Bailey Sapida
Bailey Sapida is a senior from Taft High School, Troupe 4557. She serves as the Secretary for the Special Projects Committee and Legislative Specialist for the 2024-2025 Ambassadors Board. She is beyond excited to meet new people, inspire upcoming student leaders, and create lasting memories!

Avishi Pandya is from Wakeland High School, Troupe 7160. She serves on the Special Projects committee and is Social Media Chair for the 2024 - 2025 Ambassador Board. She looks forward to serving Thespians across the state and ensuring equal opportunity for all programs during her tenure as Ambassador, as well as inspiring the next generation of changemakers to use their voices and advocate. ⭐️
