Thespian of the Month is about more than talent. It's about one's leadership, character, service, and making a positive impact on others. Thespians of the month should lead through service, demonstrate excellence and committement and be avocates for theater. 
Teacher of the Month is about more than producing outstanding theatre. It's about inspiring students, cultivating creativity, leading with integrity, and making a lasting impact on their school and community. Nominees should lead with purpose, inspire students, cultivate creative excellence and champion theater education and community. The Texas Thespians Teacher of the Year will be selected from the Teachers of the Month from January through November. 
The Troupe of the Month recognition celebrates Thespian troupes across Texas who exemplify outstanding participation, leadership, and impact through theatre arts. Nominated troupes should demonstrate leadeship, engagement and education within their school, community and the Texas Thespians organization. The Texas Thespians Troupe of the Year will be selected from the Troupes of the Month from January through November.

Hall of Fame
​The Texas Thespians Hall of Fame was established to honor adults who have dedicated themselves to promoting Texas educational theatre, creating a lasting legacy through sustained commitment to the organization and its mission. ​

Technical TrailBlazer Award
Texas Thespians presents this award to recognize an educator who serves as an innovator and visionary for Texas Thespians, setting new ground and establishing new standards for technical educational theatre.

The Golden Apple Award
 The Texas Thespians Golden Apple Award was established to honor adults who have dedicated themselves to promoting Texas educational theatre, recognizing both their sustained past service and their continued commitment to the field going forward.

The Green Apple Award
 This award is presented by Texas Thespians to recognize a new theatre educator whose passion and drive stand out early in their career.

Educator Conference Awards

These awards are voted on and presented at the Texas Thespians Educator Conference. 
Thespis Award
This educator shares theatre knowledge with other Thespian directors and supports the Texas Thespian organization as a whole. Awarded at TTEC from attendees.
Most Congenial Award
This educator exemplifies the most friendly, genuine, and outgoing at the annual Educator Conference. Awarded at TTEC from attendees.
