For Students:

 2026 Career Fair

The Texas Thespians State Festival Career Fair is a dynamic, high-impact opportunity designed to connect graduating seniors with real pathways into the professional world. Hosted during one of the largest theatre education events in the nation, this experience gives seniors direct access to companies actively seeking emerging talent for full-time roles, summer employment, and college-aged opportunities. Participants submit a brief online application and video showcasing their strengths, then step into live, in-person interviews and auditions during the festival—transforming their passion and training into tangible next steps. Audition and interview one-on-one with companies like Disney, Encore, Pyrotex, and many more!

For Businesses:

2026 Career Fair

For companies, the Career Fair offers a curated pipeline of motivated candidates across performance, vocal, technical, and dance disciplines. Instead of sorting through cold applications, recruiters engage face-to-face with students who have already demonstrated skill, preparation, and commitment to their craft. It’s an efficient, energizing environment to discover fresh talent, build relationships, and invest in the next generation of theatre professionals—all within a single, highly concentrated event.
