CAREER FAIR PROCESS:
  • Career Fair is open to any High School Senior Thespian.
  • $0 fee - Free
  • No limit per Troupe

Step 1
Directors must register students for the event by the October 19, 2026 deadline.  It is a simple check box to opt in.

Step 2 
Select your  area of interest - You may select 2  types for submission: Performance, Musical, Technical, or Dance.

Step 3
Prepare your material based on your audition type and review before submission in Submittable:
  • Performance - 2 contrasting monologues not to exceed 2 minutes
  • Vocal Performance - 2 contrasting vocal performances not to exceed 2 min.
  • Technical - URL or Video Format accepted Include your area of technical interest, a 1 minute video highlighting 2 of your best technical works and a portfolio submission highlighting 3 of your best works.
  • Dance - 2 performances of different styles not to exceed 2 minutes.
 
Step 4
Submit your items in Submittable by October 19th, 2026, at midnight. Applications not completed by the deadline will not be accepted.

Step 5
Engage at State Festival. Disney workshops will be on the first two days of the festival for all performers. You must attend one of these workshops in order to be considered. Visit booths for any company that is a participant of the Career Fair. They will have signage at their booth. Technical interviews will be on the final morning of the festival for round robin style interviews with each company that you have interest in pursuing. 

Career Fair Reviewers will gain access to the evaluation platform from October-March. They can contact you individually at any time to schedule during the festival or after. Check your email used in Submittable.
