Troupe Day Frequently Asked Questions
How can I get a receipt or invoice?
Click the button and log-in to your registration. You will be able to download your receipt or invoice from there.
Do I have to have a Troupe to attend?
NO! Any Junior High or High School theatre program may attend! Troupe Day is not just for Officers.
Are meals included?
No! Schools may bring lunch or purchase concessions from the host booster club.
Do Directors have to stay the whole time?
Yes! Directors MUST attend with their troupe and please join us for special director sessions, which count for PD.
Does each attendee need a consent & acceptance form?
Yes! Anyone attending will need to submit a consent & acceptance form.
Do students need to bring additional funds?
Yes! Texas Thespian Swag Store and concessions will be available throughout the day. Cash, card, or digital payments are accepted.
How do Consent Forms work now?
Consent forms for this event will be digital but still required for all participants, including adults.
Important things to note about this process:
Please note, this access is for status confirmation only. Directors will not be able to edit participant Smartwaiver records.
We appreciate your partnership in helping make this process efficient, accurate, and successful for all involved.
Any waiver completed without the unique Registration ID Number will not upload to the attendee registration and will need to be repeated.

- Participants MUST be registered and use the unique registration identifier when completing the Smartwaiver consent form
- Directors will receive a unique identifier (Registration ID Number) with each individual registration confirmation
- Directors will provide participants' parents or adults with the unique Registration ID Number and Smartwaiver link to complete the consent form process
- Directors, you can manage the progress and completion of Smartwaiver submissions directly through the registration portal.
- By logging back into the registration system, you will be able to review each participant's confirmation and see an individual's " Yes for complete.
- A blank or no indicator means that the form has not been received to date.
