TEXAS THESPIANS FINE ARTS ADMINISTRATOR DAY

Dear Fine Arts Administrator,

On behalf of the entire Texas Thespians Board of Directors, we would like to personally invite you to our Fine Arts Administrator Day!


What is the Texas Thespians Fine Arts Administrator Day?
  • This day is specifically for campus fine arts principals, as well as district fine arts directors, fine arts coordinators and facilitators. 
  • Our Fine Arts Administrator Day is designed to educate our administrators on all aspects of Texas Thespians, our student festival experience, and provide advocacy and educational resources in support of our theatre programs.

​What will we offer?
  • Tour of the Texas Thespians State Festival and Contests.
  • Active participation in the Texas Thespians State Festival.
  • Educational sessions on theatre classrooms support.
  • Educational sessions on fine arts advocacy.
  • Collaboration with the Texas Thespians Board of Directors
  • Collaboration with fine arts administrators across the state.
  • Meaningful discussions with knowledgeable theatre professionals will provide insight and tools needed to support your campus theatre directors.​ ​
If an Administrator is attending the full festival, they will be registered with your troupe and may attend Admin Training or Admin Day for free.

2024  Fine Arts Admin Day Dates: 

Admin Training - Corpus Christi
Saturday November 16th, 2024 
American Bank Center 
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
​Registration Fee: $50 

Admin Day - Grapevine
November 22nd, 2024
Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center
8:15 AM-3:00 PM
Registration Fee: $100


Admin Day Know Before You Go!

  • Parking Corpus Christi - Please plan to park in the Convention Center parking garage. We will meet in the lobby of the Convention Center and Student Leaders will assist you to the Admin Training sessions. 
  • Parking Grapevine- Please plan to park in the Gaylord Texan Self Parking. We will meet in the Lobby of the Gaylord Texan and Student Leaders will assist you to the Yellow Rose Ballroom
If an Administrator is attending the full festival, they will be registered with your troupe and may attend Admin Training or Admin Day for free.
