The Texas Thespians Advocacy Network (TTAN) wants to hear from you! TTAN has created a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Task Force to serve you and your students. The goals of our TTAN D&I Task Force are to:
  • To determine areas of need for our directors and their communities and how Texas Thespinas as an organization can better serve these needs.
  • We aim to be transparent, active, and engaged participants in the growth of diverse communities and seek to create professional development and leadership opportunities for Directors and their students alike.
  • We are determined to become educated about the issues surrounding our Troupes, and in turn, provide our Directors with a place to grow and a safe place to have the hard conversations.
  • We are a Task Force with the desire to work from within to encourage and empower throughout our organization.​
