​Vendor at Educator Conference Information

Greetings! 

Mark your calendars for January 11-13, 2024 at the Dallas Rockwall Hilton Lakeside in Rockwall, Texas. 

We would like to thank you for supporting and celebrating Texas Theatre Educators.  Whether you have attended the Educator Conference or State Festival, you continue to sustain our theatre teachers with relevant trends in your industry.

Vendor Space Fee of $500.00 includes:

• 10’ x 10’ Vendor spaces, a table, 2 chairs, pipe and drape.
•  WiFi
• Vendor booths will be displayed prominently in the venue.
• Each booth space includes 2 guests. Each Vendor is allowed one additional guest per booth space rented. Example: 2 booths = 4 occupants
  • For extra guests -$75 per person
  • For extra tables -$50
  • For an extra booth - $500
• If you would like to teach a workshop in exchange for a reduced booth fee, please include your workshop information in your registration.
